Need help right now?

Fosterly support is not a crisis line, and our inbox isn't watched around the clock. If you need help now, use one of these:

In danger, or a medical emergency: call 911.
Thinking about hurting yourself, or in crisis: call or text 988, any time. You can also chat at 988lifeline.org.

Email us at support@fosterly.co. We usually reply within 2 business days.

Please don't email photos of your documents. Keep them in your Living File instead.

Ask for a new code: put in the same email address you used the first time, and check your spam folder.
Use the same address: a different email address makes a new account, with none of your things in it.
Still stuck: email us from the address on your account.

Open Settings and switch off AI help. Your plan, Living File and circle keep working.

Open My Circle, choose the person and tap Revoke. Their link stops working right away.

In the app: tap your picture on the Today tab to open Settings, then tap Delete account. This deletes your story, plan, documents, circle and sign-in account, and it can't be undone.
If you can't get into the app: email us from the address on your account. We'll delete the account within 7 days and let you know when it's done.

If a phone number, address or program has changed, tell us, so we can fix it for everyone.
